With 14 years of experience as a chef, including 8 years as a personal chef, I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the best athletes in the world, including players from the NHL, NBA, MLB, and ATP. During this time, I’ve focused on creating performance-based meals that fuel the body for peak performance while promoting overall health and wellness.

As a Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach and ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, I’ve taken my expertise from the kitchen to the gym, combining my love for cooking with my knowledge of exercise science and nutrition.
