This program is a 60 minute full body class. You will experience a total of 30 minutes of sprint interval training on our state of the art Woodway treadmills and 30 minutes of weight work. Each class is unique and specially designed by each instructor to give you the most productive and challenging workout. Classes appeal to all skill levels, from beginners to the most advanced clients.

Bootcamp

This program brings together a mix of high intensity cardio and weights. Whatever fitness level you're at this class will challenge you. Bootcamp consists of 2 rounds of 8 stations which are 3 mins in length. Each class is unique and has been scientifically designed for you to make the most of every class. Remember... It doesn't matter what fitness lever your currently at. We will help you get physically stronger, faster and mentally stronger.

This specialized weight training program is a full body 60 minute class based on the science of resistance training. This class is composed of 15 "Rotating" stations using all types of equipment. From universal machines to barbells we use science to TRAIN your body.

ABC

This class is a low impact circuit that will isolate, tone and sculpt your ABC’s (Arms, Bum and Core). You will be lead through a circuit that targets and isolates each muscle group using bands, sliders, weights and more. This class is open to all fitness levels.
