Shredmill

This program is a 60 minute full body class. You will experience a total of 30 minutes of sprint interval training on our state of the art Woodway treadmills and 30 minutes of weight work. Each class is unique and specially designed by each instructor to give you the most productive and challenging workout. Classes appeal to all skill levels, from beginners to the most advanced clients.

Train

FINALLY THE TRAIN ROOM WILL BE IN USE!
This class is composed of 15 “Rotating” stations using all types of equipment. From universal machines to barbells we properly TRAIN that body.

Train is a program that I developed back in 2011. It has been known by a few different names. This specialized weight training program is a full body 60 minute class based on the science of resistance training. The format is specific to give you greatest results over a 60 minute period, stimulating each muscle group properly. The goal is to help you build lean muscle, which will lead to an increased daily caloric burn and will burn fat. So essentially, burn in class and continue to burn throughout the day. Who wouldn’t want that?

Train-X

TrainX is a brand new program which combines the philosophy of Train w/ aggressive high intensity cardio bursts. This specialized weight training program is a muscle specific 60 minute class based on the science of resistance training. The format is specific to give you greatest results over a 60 minute period, stimulating each muscle group properly. The goal is to help you build lean muscle, which will lead to an increased daily caloric burn and will burn fat. So essentially, burn in class and continue to burn throughout the day. Who wouldn’t want that?

 

KBC – Killer Bootcamp

This program brings together a mix of high intensity cardio and weights. KBC offers 8, 6 and 1/2 min rounds of exercise. The program has been designed to give you the most out of every round so you can focus on completing one task at a time with proper recovery so you can push yourself to your maximum capabilities.

FAF

There are no words to describe this class. We can go as far as saying an Intense Cardio and Weight session you will never forget or regret. The FAF challenge awaits you.
